The American Airlines AAdvantage Aviator Silver World Mastercard informational mailer was sent out to premium clientele inviting them to sign up for a new rewards card. Once signed up and accepted, members would receive a custom membership kit. The presentation of this box with the gatefold opening,  silver foil and solid black ink definitely adds to the luxurious rewards program.
